‘Off-Piste’ is available now as part of my STUDIO COLLECTION based in Cowes, Isle of Wight. UK.
The media creates anonymity to protect ones identity by pixelating recognisable faces. So my response is to abandon recognisable form and to take this idea to develop my work with conceptual seascapes, figures and explore colour theory.
The end result plays with the impact of colour relationships. Navy blue on its own is beautiful. But next to a bright warm grey, white or orange. The result is exciting.
This piece I used a palette knife to create a soft sheen in the texture.

74.4 × 59.1 × 3.8 cm - Framed
This piece is now set within a bespoke white, wooden frame.
